Mathlyst is operated by Mathlyst (OPC) Pvt Ltd. By accessing our website, booking workshops, or enrolling in our programs, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Mathlyst provides educational services for students in Grades 3–8.
Enrollment and payments must be completed only by a parent or legal guardian. Students themselves cannot independently register or purchase programs.
Parents or guardians are responsible for managing the student’s enrollment and ensuring compliance with these Terms.
2. Use of Services
Mathlyst provides structured online mathematics programs, workshops, and learning resources designed to support concept mastery, logical thinking, and academic development.
By using our services, you agree to use the platform only for legitimate educational purposes.
3. Classroom Conduct
Students participating in live sessions are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior.
The following conduct is not permitted during classes:
- Disruptive behavior that interferes with learning
- Harassment or disrespect toward teachers or other students
- Intentional misuse of classroom tools or chat features
If such behavior occurs, Mathlyst may take the following steps:
- Issue a warning to the student and parent
- Suspend access to classes if behavior continues
These measures help maintain a productive learning environment for all students.
4. Class Recordings
Mathlyst classes may be recorded for educational and review purposes.
Recordings may include student participation during the session. These recordings may be made available to enrolled students to review lessons or catch up on missed classes.
By participating in classes, parents and students acknowledge and consent to session recordings.
5. Intellectual Property
All educational materials provided by Mathlyst are the intellectual property of Mathlyst. This includes:
- Curriculum content
- Lesson presentations and slides
- Worksheets and assignments
- Recorded classes
- Teaching materials
These materials may not be copied, distributed, shared publicly, or reproduced without written permission from Mathlyst.
Unauthorized sharing of course content may result in suspension of access to the program.
6. Account Access
Access to the Mathlyst learning platform is granted only to the enrolled student.
Account sharing with other students or individuals is strictly prohibited.
Any misuse or unauthorized sharing of login credentials may result in account suspension.
7. Payments and Refunds
Payments for workshops and programs must be completed through approved payment methods available on the Mathlyst platform.
Refund eligibility is governed by the Mathlyst Refund Policy, which outlines:
- Workshop refund eligibility
- Program refund window
- Conditions for partial refunds
- Refund processing timelines
Parents are encouraged to review the Refund Policy before enrolling in programs.
8. Missed Classes
If a student misses a scheduled class:
- A recorded version of the session will be available for review
- No refund will be issued for missed classes
- Makeup classes are not provided
Recordings ensure students can revisit lesson content if they are unable to attend a session.
9. Limitation of Academic Outcomes
Mathlyst provides structured educational support designed to improve understanding, confidence, and logical thinking in mathematics.
However, individual academic outcomes depend on many factors including student effort, school curriculum requirements, and independent study.
Mathlyst does not guarantee specific academic grades, examination results, or performance outcomes.
10. Changes to Services
Mathlyst may periodically update or improve its programs, curriculum, or service structure in order to enhance the learning experience.
These changes may include adjustments to teaching formats, schedules, or learning materials.
11. International Services
Mathlyst operates from India while providing services to parents and students in the United Arab Emirates and other regions.
By using our services, users acknowledge that educational services may be delivered across international jurisdictions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with services provided internationally to users located in other regions including the UAE.
Any disputes related to these Terms will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
