Refund Policy

Mathlyst offers a 19 AED interactive workshop to help parents and students experience our teaching methodology before enrolling in a full program.

The workshop fee is fully refundable under the following condition:

• The parent attends the workshop session.
• After attending, the parent decides not to enroll in the Mathlyst program.

If the parent chooses not to continue with the program after attending the workshop, the 19 AED fee will be refunded in full.

If you are unable to attend the workshop you booked, you may reschedule to another available workshop slot.

Rescheduling is subject to available workshop sessions.

Mathlyst provides a 15-day refund window after enrollment in a structured program.

Parents may request a full refund within 15 days of enrollment, even if the student has attended classes, if they feel the program is not the right fit.

This policy allows families to experience the program before making a long-term commitment.

After the 15-day refund period, refunds are generally not guaranteed.

However, in limited circumstances, Mathlyst may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Such decisions will be made at the discretion of the Mathlyst team depending on the situation.

If a student misses a scheduled class:

• A recorded session will be available for review.
• No refund will be issued for missed classes.
• Makeup classes are not provided.

Recorded sessions ensure students can still review the lesson content.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the transaction (via Razorpay or the respective payment provider).

Actual processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
